This morning we had a tour of the city of Edinburgh with a kilted guide. It was a drive through the city with good historical commentary that ended at the Edinburgh castle with a walking tour there. This afternoon was on our own for whatever we wanted to do. I took a walk for some pictures and a pint of brew while Jo had a nice rest from this mornings walk. In the castle there was quite a bit of uphill then downhill walking on cobblestone walkways which taxed her strength.
This evening we have our farewell dinner before our return to the US tomorrow. It will be a very early alarm clock as our flight leaves around 9:30 local time with 6 time zones to cross before our arrival in St Louis.
