Backed in at noon today so we just opened up the trailer and had lunch there before starting the unloading process. That unloading doesn't take long now that the traveling season is open. Just the dirty clothes and fresh foods from the fridge are all that are brought in and with the fridge plugged in other items can stay for the next trip.
As we traveled east along I-44 we saw occasional small patches of snow remaining but after we got north of Eldon (30 miles south of Jefferson City) there were more and more white patches. Our driveway was clear but there are some small piles of snow around the edges where the guys had cleared it probably Tuesday.
Two weeks from today, April 11, we head out on our next adventure. This next trip is again to the south with a week in the Gulf Shores, AL area and a few days around Montgomery, AL.
Check back in a couple of weeks.
